I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with two degrees, Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of arts (linguistics). During my years of study, I took played with the University of Saskatchewan Wind Orchestra, the National Youth Band of Canada, and participated in many recitals. I graduated with great distinction. I received my ARCT from the RCM.
I have been teaching clarinet and piano students since 2007, and am currently a Registered Music Teacher. I also teach clinics for elementary and high school clarinettists. My studio welcomes all ages of students.
I have played clarinet with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra, and can also be found playing with the Reedy, Set, Go clarinet choir, and woodwind duo The Polyreeds. In June I performed at the Sask New Music Festival. I am one of the founders of the Galliard Foundation, which runs the Classical Variety Night concert series.
